Anna Ahearn is a Product Manager for Admissions & Financial Aid at UCLA, specializing in innovation in higher education and digital product development. With over 15 years of experience in product development and team leadership, Anna has enhanced university IT systems and fostered a culture of continuous improvement, care, and excellence. She holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and creative leadership, driving process improvement and user-centered design initiatives. Anna earned the 2024 UC Tech Silver Design Award for enhancing usability and inclusivity across digital platforms and has presented on process improvement, user experience, and institutional research to national audiences.
