Anna T. McFadden, Ph.D. is the Director of Academic Engagement and IT Governance at Western Carolina University and a professor in the Department of Human Services where she works with dissertations on technology leadership topics. She has published and presented on the topic of online teaching and learning and organizing to foster support for e-learning. She holds a Ph.D in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina.
