Anne Pugliese is the Director of Administrative Services at Bentley University. Anne's department is responsible for maintaining and modifying all administrative systems at Bentley including Banner, Advance, Infor and its Enterprise Reporting initiatives. Along with 5 years as a Project Manager implementing enterprise applications, Anne has experience working with clients at all levels of the University providing business process analysis and consulting services to administrative offices.
