Anne Valerio
Biography
Anne is an Office Operations Computer Support Specialist at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She has been providing computer support services to the WPI community since 1998. She works in conjunction with the helpdesk to resolve computer-related problems and provide support for academic and administrative departments, as well as providing some student support. Anne mentors end users by providing instruction, documentation, training and one-on-one support. She also conducts New Employee Technology Orientation. Anne received her BFA from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.EDUCAUSE Presentations
