Biography

Dr. Lisa Kraus is Director of Enterprise Applications Services at Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland, where she leads enterprise systems strategy, drives digital transformation, and cultivates a culture of change while building high-performing teams that advance institutional effectiveness and student success. With more than 20 years of experience across higher education and government, she brings deep expertise in organizational and information technology leadership, supported by a Ph.D. in IT Leadership.

She is known for aligning complex application portfolios, including ERP/SIS, CRM, LMS integrations, and data governance, with institutional priorities. Dr. Kraus excels at modernizing legacy environments, strengthening governance and compliance, and delivering secure, scalable platforms.
