Annette Craven
Biography
Annette E. Craven, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Business and Director of Program Accreditation at University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX; teaches Business Research, Human Resource Management, and Management Concepts and Issues; and is an active member of the university Technology Advisory Committee. She earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration and Human Communications at the University of Denver, a Master of Human Relations and a Master of Education at the University of Oklahoma, and a B.S. in Business Administration at the College of the Ozarks. She is an Illinois licensed CPA, a 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program Examiner, and an active member of the Quality Texas (Baldrige) Award for Performance Excellence Board of Examiners. She has expertise in the areas of leadership, strategic management, succession planning, training and development, performance management, finance, change management, human relations, and organizational development. She has been involved in ACBSP business program accreditation and SACS regional accreditation activities since 1999 and is currently a member of the ACBSP Baccalaureate Board of Commissioners.EDUCAUSE Presentations
