Biography
Dr. Anthony Levinson, MD, FRCPC, is currently Associate Professor at McMaster University, holds the John R. Evans Chair in Health Sciences Educational Research and Instructional Development, and is Director of e-Learning Innovation for the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine. His primary areas of expertise include elearning and instructional design and he is studying how best to capitalize on new technologies to enhance health sciences education. He has published some of the seminal meta-analyses and systematic reviews of web-based learning for health professionals, and holds several research grants in the areas of online training. His research and development group also hosts two health educational portals, www.machealth.ca and www.machealthpublic.ca.
