Biography
Armando Adames is the Academic Computing Coordinator at the University of Puerto Rico. Actually, he is in charge for the technicals aspect for the University Library System. He has twenty five (25) years of experience in the computing field, the last twenty two at the Unversity of Puerto Rico. Some relevant projects include the leadership of the Y2K Administrative System programming conversion, the desing of the first web application for freshman admission and the design, programming and implementation for the application web payment. Armando had been lead two Office of Information Systems during his work experience at the University of Puerto Rico.
