Biography

Arturo is the Senior Director of Strategy & Partnerships at Trinity University.  He is responsible for IT Strategic Planning, Governance, Security and Project Management.  Arturo has over 10 years experience in Higher Education IT.  Prior to Higher Education Arturo served in the United States Navy, worked for the Department of Defense in addition to non-profit and financial industries.  Arturo is a 2019 Leading Change Institute alumni and holds a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word.
