Biography

Avi Badwal is Director of Enterprise Technologies at the University of California, Merced. His career spans over 20 years in private companies and higher education. IT experience ranges from operations, development, enterprise applications, and integrated systems management. His professional interests include design, UI/UX, change management, and emerging technologies. Avi holds a BA in Urban Planning and Management Information systems. He is certified as an Oracle DBA, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Creative Leadership.
