Ashley Babcock
Biography
Dr. Ashley Babcock is a Lead Higher Education Strategist at Flying Cloud Solutions and professor of education at National University. She has held titles of dean, associate dean, director, and more. Ashley earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Widener University. She has expertise in leading remote teams, developing faculty and student support resources, and building academic programs to support adult learners in an online environment, increase retention, and promote student learning outcomes. Dr. Babcock has been on the editorial board of the Learning Assistance Review (TLAR), the journal of the International College Learning Center Association (ICLCA) since 2016. Her most recent publications are on diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education; student retention; and supporting adult, online learners.
