Barbara Friedman

Biography

Barbara Friedman is the Director of Customer Service and Support division of Cornell Information Technologies. Her responsibilities include oversight of IT Service Management, IT Business Management, Service Desk, Desktop Support, and Academic and Support Services. 

A graduate of Cornell, Barbara has 30+ years of experience in higher ed and K-12 IT, in roles that span from software development and systems administration to instructional technology and design.
