Barbara Zirkin

Biography

Currently the Associate Dean for Distance Learning at the School for Graduate and Professional Studies of Stevenson University, she was previously the chief academic officer at Baltimore Hebrew University and Director of Educational Technology at the UM School of Pharmacy. She was a faculty member, project manager and instructional design coordinator for a program in Population and Reproductive Health for African Scholars at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She enjoys serving on several EDUCAUSE committees. Barbara holds a BA from Hunter College (NY), an MA from the University of Rochester, and an MS and EdD from Johns Hopkins University.
