Biography

My Alma Mater is the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) where I earned a BA in Spanish Letters and from which I was granted a scholarship to get an MA in Teaching the English Language and a PhD in Modern Languages and Cultures, both by the University of Nottingham, UK. 

Language, languages and literatures of the world have been my life passion. I am interested in how language unfolds by repeating its own patterns from the most sensorial to the most abstract in a fractal way as it were. That is why I try to keep a balance between formal and aesthetic approaches to language.
