A visionary leader and education executive with over 30 years of experience, Betty is the Founder and CEO of ProTrain College. With a proven track record of scaling educational institutions, she led ProTrain to become the first virtual licensed proprietary school in North Carolina and achieved national accreditation under Middle States, where she also serves as a Commissioner. Her career is defined by high-impact business development, notably transforming NC State University’s Computer Training Unit from a loss-center to a $3M profit-generating powerhouse. A LERN Certified Program Planner with a BS in Marketing Education, she specializes in bridging the gap between education and employment through strategic growth, innovative program development, and industry-leading workforce training initiatives.
