Bill Jones
Biography
Bill Jones is the Director, Instructional Technology and Information Management in the Extended Programs unit of Eastern Michigan University where he manages the campus LMS and affiliated services. His previous positions include Assistant Dean in the College of Graduate & Professional Studies at Wilkes University, Director of the Augsburg/Capella Alliance at Augsburg College, and Multimedia Instructional Designer at the SUNY Learning Network. Outside academia he served in the US Navy as a division officer aboard a guided missile destroyer deploying in support of Desert Shield/Storm. He holds a bachelor's degree in History & Sociology of Science from University of Pennsylvania, and master's degrees in US History and Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.EDUCAUSE Presentations
