Sr. Director, TBMO, University of Pennsylvania

Bill Kasenchar is the Sr. Director of the Technology Business Management Office for Information Systems and Computing at Penn. Bill has spent the last 5 building out the ‘Finances of IT’ for ISC and other parts of the university to drive value through fiscal responsibility and operational metrics. Bill brings a breadth of business and technology experience to the University and TBM. He has worked in many facets of IT and finance areas in industry, startups and education environments.

Bill graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Electrical Engineering.
