Biography

Bob Caron is a Higher Education Specialist in the Strategy & Analytics practice at Deloitte Consulting where he leads a broad array of transformational efforts centered on strategy & operations, and the student lifecycle, including student success, administrative assessments, admissions, alumni engagement, career center and academic programming. Bob spent 16 years working in Academic Affairs as a Dean, faculty member and researcher. He now serves universities and higher education systems across the United States in addressing their most pressing strategic challenges. Bob has advised on university-wide and college-level strategic planning, academic programming and development, student success services, budget model transformations, and IT assessment and planning. As a former faculty member, he served on multiple large-scale NIH research projects and now regularly publishes within Deloitte’s Center for Higher Education Excellence. Bob has a background in leadership development and small business entrepreneurship.
