Bob Cominsky


Mr. Cominsky has 25 years experience in sales, recruiting, and as a senior executive, with 19 years in the higher education sector. He is a graduate of Temple University with a BBA in Accounting.Currently, Mr. Cominsky is Vice President of Business Development at SunGard Collegis, Inc. He has national responsibility for business development activities associated with long term technology management partnerships with colleges and universities. From 1990 through 1996, Mr. Cominsky was a Senior Sales Executive with Collegis (formerly TSI). He was instrumental in growing the company more than seven fold. In 1996, he was named Vice President of Recruiting and Human Resources, responsible for creating and building the Collegis recruiting and staffing division. This new division supported the company's growth from 115 employees to over 750 employees nationwide, as of year-ending 1999. In January 2000, Mr. Cominsky returned to the Sales Division as Vice President. He went on to win the 'Collegis Sales Leader' award for year-ending 2001, and the Sungard 100% award in 2004. Previously, from 1985 to 1990, Mr. Cominsky was a Director with Source EDP, the nation's largest technology recruiting firm, where he was the top performer in the Philadelphia region. From 1982 to 1985, he was a Regional Sales Manager for Systems and Computer Technology Corp. (SCT) where he was responsible for selling administrative software and services to colleges and universities. Additionally, Mr. Cominsky was a Sales and Marketing Representative with Xerox Computer Services (XCS), selling software and IT outsourcing services to large manufacturing companies. At XCS, he was officially recognized as the 'top sales performer' for the Eastern Region. Earlier experience was gained as an accountant/auditor with Price Waterhouse & Co. in Philadelphia.
