Boise Miller is the Telecommunications Manager at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where he is in charge of maintaining and developing the campus IP-based telephony system as well as managing all legacy and wireless voice assets. Recent projects include the 2006 development of and migration to a fully integrated IP converged communications system and large scale deployment of multiple wireless mobile messaging platforms. Boise obtained his B.S. in Computer Science at Lock Haven University in 2002 and has been with the University since that time.
