Brad Hough is the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Logan University in St. Louis, where he oversees Information Technology and Academic Technology. Throughout his career he has specialized in educational technology, working in K-12 and higher education for over 25 years. Dr. Hough holds a Ph.D. in Education and Human Development from Vanderbilt University, and an M.Ed. in School Administration and a B.A. in Interactive Multimedia Design from Western Washington University. In 2005, he helped launch an Open Educational Resource project that continues to provide online classes and educational content to millions of self-learners worldwide. He works with local and state organizations in Missouri to support technology in higher education.
