Biography

Brad joined The Texas A&M University System in July 2015 and is currently serving as the Chief Shared Services Officer. In his role he is responsible for multiple departments that include training and development, application and process optimization, development of consistent and repeatable operational processes, application governance, accessibility, and the strategic direction the Office of Information Technology Shared Services. Previously, Brad was the Executive Director of Workday Services and the HCM Project Manager during the implementation of Workday. Prior to joining The Texas A&M University System he held Director and Senior Implementation Manager roles at Aon Hewitt. Brad has proven experience successfully managing complex, multi-faceted programs, problem solving, risk management, staff development and continuous improvement. 

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration, with a specialization in Management from Sam Houston State University.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) with Prosci.
