Lead technical support for all university owned desktop and notebook computers. Technical Lead for all helpdesk procedures. Spec and order all university owned desktops, notebooks, and peripherals, as well as maintain relationship with vendors. Maintain disk images for all university computers. Manage university AntiVirus server and solutions. Macintosh specialist. Assist with backup/recovery of data. Maintain technical documents/instructions. Assist with user end of NAC (Safeâ€¢Connect by Impulse Point). Maintain systems for the Office of Public Safety (Door access, ID, card encoding systems). Maintain Box Office POS/ticket system. Image and maintain hardware/software in all computer labs. Interact with potential or incoming students (and their parents) in regards to campus technology offerings or student computer purchasing. Train and mentor student technician and help desk staff.
