Brandon Hall is the Director of Customer Support and Personal Computing within the Customer Relations and Learning Technologies department of Clemson Computing and Information Technology. He manages customer operations including the help desk, call center, laptop support, desktop support, computer repair, lab support and printing and plotting. He joined Clemson in 2007 after serving as the IT Operations Manger at Lockheed Martin in Greenville, SC for 10 years. Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bob Jones University and holds certifications in ITIL Service Management, Institute of Leadership and Management and is Six Sigma Lean Green Belt certified.
