Biography

Brendan Bagley is an IT Project Manager in the Enrollment Management & Undergraduate Education Information Technology group at Penn State's University Park campus. He's been the Project Manager responsible for the successful implementation of several University wide internet based applications and led the effort to establish an IT PMO in Finance and Business IT. He is an Adjunct Professor of Leadership in the Smeal College of Business' Organization & Management Department.  Brendan joined Penn State in 2007 after 3 years as an IT Implementation Manager with Wall Street English. He has experience as a software programmer, tester, and trainer. Brendan is a former US Army Officer with a BS in Agricultural Business Management from Penn State and a Master’s Certificate in Software Development from Villa Julie College/Stevenson University.
