Biography
Brendan Bagley is an IT Project Manager at the Office of Physical Plant at Penn State's University Park campus. He's been the Project Manager responsible for the successful implementation of 2 University wide internet based applications (dealing with Physical Plant operations) and led the effort to establish an IT PMO. Brendan joined Penn State in 2007 after 3 years as an IT Implementation Manager with Wall Street English. He has experience as a software programmer, tester, and trainer. Brendan is a former US Army Officer with a BS in Agricultural Business Management from Penn State and a Master’s Certificate in Software Development from Villa Julie College/Stevenson University.
