Biography

Bret Carpenter (he/him) is Senior Instructor I, AI Coordinator for the College of Business, and AI Fellow at the center for Teaching and Learning at Oregon State University. With a BS in Construction Engineering and an MBA, he bridges technology, pedagogy, and entrepreneurship to build human infrastructure, leading AI-augmented courses, frameworks, and cross-campus collaborations grounded in critical inquiry and evidence-led AI use.
