As Oracle Higher Education Industry Lead at Accenture, Dr. Brian Dixon brings over two decades of strategic leadership to institutions seeking to modernize student systems and reimagine enrollment and financial aid operations. He partners with colleges and universities to drive digital transformation, align enterprise solutions with student success goals, and improve access through data-informed, student-centered strategies.
Previously, as Vice Provost for Enrollment Management at The University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Dixon led a $600M financial aid portfolio and a team of 200+ professionals. His leadership emphasized equity, collaboration, and service excellence—aligning aid policies with student success, streamlining processes, and expanding affordability through innovative scholarship initiatives. His efforts improved retention, increased graduation rates, and simplified the aid experience for thousands of students.
As Assistant Vice President at Washington State University, he led a modernization of financial systems and delivered historic aid disbursements across multiple campuses while upholding compliance and service quality. Through a consistent focus on data, mentorship, and institutional equity, Dr. Dixon has advanced a vision of higher education where access, inclusion, and outcomes are central to operational excellence.
