Brittany Motley

Biography

Brittany Motley, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics and master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business, is currently pursuing her PhD in Leadership and Change.  As an African American herself, Brittany researches the psychological effects of identity threat on student behavior.  As a dedicated consultant at EAB, Brittany partners with over a dozen institutions, regularly working with them to identify and interpret data to support student success.  She has conducted numerous discussions on the ethical use of student data with an eye towards closing equity gaps.  Before joining EAB, Brittany served as Executive Director for Student Success at Kentucky State University.
