Biography

Bruce Fraser is the Executive Director of AI Initiatives at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida, where he leads institutional strategy for the integration of generative artificial intelligence in teaching, learning, and organizational practice. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Boston University and a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with scholarly work focused on the nature of knowledge, communication, and human understanding.
