Biography

Fulton is Assistant Professor, Coordinator of Graduate Certificates, and Academic Advisor for the Master's in LIS and Graduate Certificates at the University of Arizona School of Information.  Research and teaching interests include technology, data management and databases, education technology, social networks, contemporary publishing, ebooks and emerging forms of literary production, self-publishing, project management, grants and non-profit management.
