Biography
Bryan Wooten has 28 years experience as a software engineer and systems administrator. He started his career writing real time control systems for manufacturing and hospital material handling systems. As a software engineer for Novell he worked on a variety of products including Managewise and as a kernel developer for the processor independent Netware operating system. For the past 8 years he has been a web developer and systems administrator for the University of Utah. He was the key implementer for the University of Utah's CAS single sign on solution as well as the password maintenance applications. For the past three years he has been a member of the University of Utah's IDM team with special emphasis on integrating CAS SSO with commercial and cloud based solutions. In 2013 / 2014 he has presented at Educause Anaheim (NSTIC MFA) and Apereo (CASifiying PeopleSoft, Implementing Grouper). He has a BS in Computer Science from Westfield State College in Westfield Massachusetts.EDUCAUSE Presentations
