Biography

Byron is a highly skilled and experienced professional in management and community development, with a particular focus on civic services and research within public affairs. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies, in Urban and Environmental Sustainability, from the College of Liberal Arts and Social Science of DePaul University and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Budgeting and Finance, a Certificate in Local Government at the State University of New York at Binghamton University, College of Community and Public Affairs. His research interests include community intervention at the relationship between government and nonprofit administration -- change and the organization of inequality, diversity, and theories of social justice in public policy and advocacy.
