Caitlin McKeown, an instructional designer at NC State with extensive experience with instructional design, adult learning, and e-learning development. She has a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of South Florida. Caitlin has consulted with numerous institutions to develop e-learning programs, and has presented at national and international conferences about online learning and accessibility, including AECT, E-Learn, and COABE.
