Candace Benson is the Total Quality Manager with Western Carolina University’s Information Technology Services and the Cherwell Service Desk Administrator. Candace has played a significant role in the planning, designing and implementation of the Cherwell Service Desk system and process development for the Division of Information Technology.Membership with EDUCAUSE
