Biography

Candace Jones is serving the California Community College system as Assistent-Superintendent, Vice President and at Pasadena City College. She is an accomplished IT Professional with twenty years of experience leading IT organizations by successfully implementing, maintaining and developing information systems, web applications, web sites and other software solutions for higher education. Candace is deeply committed to equity, inclusion and social justice initiatives focused on eradicating structural barriers that disproportionately impact students of color.   Candace joined Pasadena City College in July of 2018 transitioning from career positions at the University of California, Office of the President, UCLA and Pepperdine University.
