I am a Systems Technical Analyst at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a qualified professional with over 10 years’ experience in Higher Education. i have a wealth of knowledge in leading the development and implementation of new business processes, applications, and technical solutions. I managed large-scale implementations, streamlined procedures, and increased system adoption and usage. I am experienced in analyzing current and potential business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. I work to implement new solutions by creating requirements and assist in the configuration, testing, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of each system I work with.
