Biography
Dr. Lamboy-Naughton has over 23 years of progressively responsible experience in education at both faculty and administrative levels. Her previous experience has been with Laureate International Universities as a Director of Faculty Development where she designed 11 online courses in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to meet the needs of the Laureate international faculty helping them enhance their teaching skills and competencies.
She was the Chief Academic Officer at the first bilingual higher education institution in the United States (SUAGM), she developed the adult accelerated discipline-based dual language model for which she was awarded the Distinguished Alumnae Award from Universidad del Turabo.
