Biography
I'm a Senior Instructional Designer at the University of Pittsburgh where I help faculty design and evaluate both traditional, online and hybrid courses. I also function in in a faculty development capacity helping faculty to improve their teaching. Most recently, I have been involved with the efforts of departments in both the College of Arts and Sciences and the various professional schools at the University of Pittsburgh as they move towards an outcomes based curriculum. I teach two sections of the University Teaching Practicum in addition to an online undergraduate course on teaching in Allied Health Education. I hold a doctoral degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in instructional systems design.
