Biography
Caroline Hedges is an Outreach Librarian at the University of new South Wales, Sydney where she provides information service support for water engineering and administrative units such as: Learning & Teaching; The Learning Centre; Graduate Research Centre. Caroline has over 20years extensive professional experience designing and providing direct client information services in academic, special and health libraries. To enhance her information literacy role, Caroline completed Grad. Cert. in Adult Training and a Masters in Adult Education at University of Technology, Sydney over 1995-1998.
