Carrie Miyoshi Macfarlane is the Science Librarian and Head of Research and Instruction at Middlebury College in Vermont, where she keeps students and faculty informed of research materials in their subject areas through in-person classes and online subject guides. She completed her MS in Library and Information Science at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to coming to Middlebury she was the Instructional Services Librarian for the Harvard College Library in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
