Biography
Educational developer with over a decade of experience creating and managing faculty development programs, leading institutional initiatives, and facilitating teacher training in higher education. Currently Faculty Developer at Colorado School of Mines, I lead institution-wide genAI in education efforts, multi-year fellowships, and global teaching initiatives. Creator of Analog Inspiration, an educational card deck adopted by 100+ institutions to help faculty center human values, skills, and concerns in the age of generative AI. Formerly a Graduate Teaching Fellow, Consultant, and Mentor at Northwestern University’s Searle Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning, I’m a returned Peace Corps Volunteer with international experience designing teacher training in Thailand and faculty development in India. Highlighted publications include Teaching and Learning Inquiry, the American Society for Engineering Education, The Grading Conference, the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning and the Journal of Cinema and Media Studies Teaching Dossier.
