Cathy Hafkus


As marketing manager for membership and corporate relations at EDUCAUSE, Cathy helps to create marketing strategies to communicate the benefits of membership and signature programs, including EDUCAUSE Review, the EDUCAUSE Awards program, Constituent Groups, the membership join and renewal process, and a number of other member services. On the corporate relations side, Cathy helps with strategies to support our corporate members and their participation, including sponsorship and advertising opportunities to connect institutional members with our vendor community. Cathy also manages the association’s visual brand. Her 11 years of experience in associations and marketing helps the association strengthen member engagement opportunities. Prior to joining the marketing department in January 2010, Cathy worked in the association sphere as a product marketing manager and program manager in the areas of membership and conference marketing. Cathy holds a B.A. in marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
