Biography

Cecilia Daizovi is a GPS Human Capital Manager specializing in strategic communications and change management for Higher Education clients. She currently serves as the Chief Brand Strategist for Deloitte’s Higher Education practice.

Cecilia provides effective messaging, branding, document drafting, event planning and management, and training and education support to Higher Education clients. Previously, Cecilia also served commercial clients, as well as state and federal government clients. She has served as the Communications Lead on multiple projects, providing strategic communications and change management support through effective planning and messaging, branding, stakeholder engagement, strategy creation, and more.
