Celisa Manly
Biography
Celisa Mettler Manly is Director of Enterprise Service Management at Northern Arizona University, where she leads initiatives that advance service excellence, digital transformation, and strategic alignment across the institution. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps higher education IT organizations strengthen governance, optimize service portfolios, and demonstrate value through service costing, performance metrics, enterprise architecture, and service catalogs. Celisa holds a B.S. from Cornell University and is certified in ITIL Foundations, Prosci Change Management, and Project Management (PMP). She is passionate about enabling IT to serve as a collaborative, trusted partner in achieving institutional priorities.
