Biography

Cesar Hernandez is the Enterprise Instructional Technology Specialist at the District ITS Instructional Technology department. I previously worked at the University of the Incarnate Word Instructional Technology Center for five years as an instructional designer and Trinity University Center for Educational Technology Center for five years as a multimedia specialist. I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Master’s of Education and the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s of Educational Technology. My hobbies include cycling, gardening, hiking, swimming and traveling.
