Biography
Joining Olivet’s staff in 2014 as the Associate Dean of Online Strategy, Mr. Maxson oversees online education strategies, as well as online adjunct faculty development and curriculum development.
He came to Olivet from Trevecca Nazarene University, where he served as the director of academic affairs and online learning in the College of Lifelong Learning. He was also named to the inaugural Trevecca Leadership Academy.
He began his higher education career in 1999 as a professor. He especially enjoys teaching courses in Wesleyan Holiness theology, systematic theology, Christian theology, world religions, philosophy, Christian thinking and ethics.
