Chandra Rawat

Biography

Chandra Rawat, an expert with extensive experience in HR, Finance, and Student ERP solutions, currently serves as the ERP Development Lead at Florida State University. His specialization lies in designing and implementing enterprise applications for HR, Finance, and Student ERP systems, particularly Oracle PeopleSoft ERP.

 As a frequent speaker at Alliance Higher Education tech conferences, Chandra addresses technical and security issues related to ERP software and trends.

Additionally, he serves as an advisory board member for the Higher Education User Group(HEUG), a leading global user community in higher education, fostering knowledge sharing and contributing to ERP product improvement.

Furthermore, Chandra plays a significant role as a member of the judging committee for prestigious IT technology awards, including the Codie and Brandon Hall HR Awards, providing valuable feedback to enhance educational and learning technology systems.

His global exposure includes work with nonprofits such as the United Nations, UNSOM, and UNOPS. As lead developer, Chandra significantly contributed to the Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 HR INSPIRA upgrade and the integration of the UN INSPIRA ERP IT system, serving millions of users across the globe and 350 UN agencies.
