Charise Arrowood is a Senior Director for Unicon, Inc., her primary area of focus resides within the Identity and Access Management Program. Ms. Arrowood has over 20 years of consulting experience, 14 years with Unicon, Inc. which have allowed for her depth of experience and working knowledge in many areas to take hold and continue to expand. Highlight areas include security & access, learning management, hosting, support and an array of services for education along with corporate entities. Charise is active in the IAM community where she participates in working group sessions along with collaboration to facilitate filling needs for the community to ensure application sustainability. Charise attends and participates in several identity and access conferences each year, specifically Internet2 TechExchange and Global Summit.
Prior to joining Unicon Charise worked at Island Pacific Systems where she worked as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on consulting and management. Charise traveled worldwide to assist many well known and often Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Disneyland, Rebel Sport and Godiva Chocolatier, with successful implementations of their back office systems.
Ms. Arrowood attended the University of Arizona and holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Ms Arrowood has earned the Certified Scrum Master certificate from the Scrum Alliance organization.
