Biography

As part of the Office of Information Technology, Charles manages the Enterprise Servers and Storage, IT Resiliency, and Endpoint Platform Engineering groups to support Princeton University's central Windows, Linux, managed workstation and storage infrastructures in a highly virtualized environment. Additionally, Charles has responsibility for the Change Management and Major Incident processes, implemented via ServiceNow.
