Biography

As part of the Office of Information Technology, Charles manages the Enterprise Servers and Storage groups to support Princeton University's central Windows, Linux and storage infrastructures in a highly virtualized environment. Additionally, Charles has responsibility for the Change Management and Major Incident processes, implemented via ServiceNow.
