Chelsea Noble
Biography
Having worked her way up from the University of Notre Dame's Help Desk, Chelsea Noble is the first Knowledge Management Associate within Notre Dame's Office of Information Technology. Though new to a brand new position, Chelsea is certified in Knowledge Centered Support, through the HDI's KCS Principles Certification Exam. She is currently spending a busy year applying her knowledge of KCS, change management and gamification to implement the KCS methodology in the OIT.Memberships
